Aug 5, 2008: A bug in dueling was fixed. The affected accounts were adjusted accordingly. Also, a Win/Lost Cap is
now installed. Players must gain new Arena Level in order to register new records. This rule does not apply to:
Level 1 in Tubu League and Fantasy League.
